Refund and Returns Policy

At MKAYA LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our digital products and design services.
Because our products are delivered electronically and our design work is customized for each client, all sales are considered final once delivery has been made or a project has started.


Digital Products

  • All digital products (such as UI bundles, design templates, or code packages) are delivered electronically via email or download link after payment.
  • Once the files have been delivered or accessed, refunds are not available, as digital items cannot be “returned.”
  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, broken link), please contact us within 7 business days of purchase.
    We will review the issue and either resend the files or issue a replacement if necessary.

Design Services (Web Design, Logo Design, etc.)

  • For custom services, refunds can only be issued before work has started.
  • Once the project begins, your payment covers time, resources, and creative labor already invested.
  • If you are unsatisfied with early drafts, we will make reasonable revisions based on your feedback before final delivery.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a design service order before work has begun, please contact info@mkayallc.net as soon as possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.


Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital product, check your spam folder first.
If the issue persists, contact us with your order details and we will assist you promptly.
